i have done both audio engineering and photography for around 4 years now. i have tried allot of earplugs but always sceme to come back to the alpine music safe pro, there silicone body with interchangeably plugs capably of cutting noise levels by up to 22Db at 8000Hz

I use the EP-4 Sonic Defenders from Surefire. These are re-usable, and has a nifty feature that lets you hear safe sound levels (with stoppers out) as if you weren’t wearing ear plugs.
