I would say that all of the high fidelity earplugs like the Earaser, ER20xs and Eargasm would offer similar audio quality. In particular, both the ER20xs and Eargasm earplugs both use attenuation filters to lower the overall level of noise, so they should offer similar sound quality. I feel like fit might be a bigger differentiator between the three you mention.

That said, as you mention sparing no expense, I would also book an appointment with an audiologist and get a pair of custom earplugs. They’ll be ready in about two weeks, and they will give you truly the best earplug experience possible.
